In this regard, numerous users have voiced their concern that they are getting bugged with the “This message is only partially downloaded Download remaining 0.2 KB” error on every other email in the Mail app on iOS 16. As far as the plausible reason behind this issue is concerned, some users are pointing fingers at the Privacy Protection feature of the Mail App. Before the entire contents of the email get downloaded, this feature hides your original IP and then loads the remote content privately in the background.
